Sales Support
Elba, AL Elba, AL Full-time Full-time $17 - $22 an hour $17 - $22 an hour This position is responsible for selling to electrical and industrial customers.
This position will also act as a sales support representative for the sales team.
Preparation of repair quotations and entering orders per customer specifications.
Creates jobs for repair orders.
Generates retirement letters for customers units.
Enters disposal loads.
Tracks customer's units that are pending approval.
Enters OCR information into Field Tracker.
Maintains customer approval sheets - approved vs pending.
Coordinates approvals with Operations.
Creates Junk Sheets and assigns reason code.
Uses Sales Force to track repairs/RMAs.
Reviews outstanding evaluations needed and coordinates with Operations.
Reviews load paperwork for accuracy; voltages, kva, etc.
based on individual customer profile.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred.
1-3 years sales experience in electrical utility industry, preferred.
Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
A dependable and strong work ethic.
Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
